NSS Releases Pin Codes For Newly Trained Nurses and Midwives 2025

The Management of the National Service Authority (NSA) has today, April 17, 2025, released PIN codes for Eighteen thousand and Eleven (18,011) eligible Nurses and Midwives to enable them to enroll for the 2025/26 service year

All eligible trained Nurses and Midwives are requested to log onto the Authority’s website at www.nss.gov.gh to access their PIN codes using their respective Student IDs and dates of birth.

Personal Identification Number (PIN) Codes for the enrolment of newly-trained Nurses and Midwives from all accredited Universities and Nursing Training Colleges in the country to begin the process of their mandatory one-year national service for the 2025/2026 service year.

All prospective national service personnel are hereby requested to visit the Scheme’s website www.nss.gov.gh to access their PIN Codes using their respective School Index Number and Date of Birth

Prospective personnel should visit any ADB Bank branch nationwide and pay a registration fee of GHC 40.00. Alternatively, they have the option to make a payment of GH¢41.00 via MTN MoMo.

Prospective Service Personnel must note that, as part of the registration process, a registration fee of GH240.00 MUST be paid at any branch of the ADB Bank to obtain access to the enrolment platform. Alternatively, payment of GH₵41.00 via MTN MoMo

 

Enrollment starts today, April 17, 20, and ends on Wednesday, April 23, 2025. Management urges all prospective stional Service Personnel to complete the online registration within the stipulated time.

 

The NSA wishes to remind the public that per the National Service Authority Act, 2024 (Act 1119), every Ghanaian citizen who has attained the age of eighteen (18) years or more and has completed any accredited tertiary institution, which includes universities, and Nursing Training Colleges are MANDATED by law to undertake national service to the State
