NMC Releases Certificates and PINs/AINs of Graduates from 2015-2024

    • The Nursing and Midwifery Council of Ghana (N&MC GH) has issued an important public notice to Nurse Assistants, Nurses, and Midwives across the country regarding the collection of Professional Certificates and PINs/AINs.

According to the Council, many qualified professionals have still not collected their certificates and identification numbers despite completing the required registration processes.

To address the situation, the Council has updated the collection lists and provided clear instructions to help affected professionals verify their names and complete the collection process successfully.

The announcement is particularly important for newly qualified health professionals preparing for:
    ✅ Recruitment opportunities
    ✅ License renewals
    ✅ Professional registration
    ✅ Further education applications
    ✅ Employment verification

Without these professional documents, many nurses and midwives may face delays in processing official health sector opportunities.

          HOW TO VERIFY YOUR NAME
The Council has instructed applicants to scan the official QR codes provided in the notice to check whether their names appear on the updated collection lists.

NMC Releases Certificates and PINs/AINs of Graduates from 2015-2024

    ✅ Result Slip
    ✅ Original Registration Receipt
✅ Valid Photo ID (Ghana Card)

The Council emphasized that these documents are necessary for proper identification and verification.

    NO PROXY COLLECTION ALLOWED
One major point highlighted in the notice is that:
⚠️ Collection by proxy is NOT allowed.

This means applicants must personally appear at the designated office for collection.

The Council says this measure is intended to protect the integrity and security of professional documentation while preventing fraudulent collections or impersonation. NMC Releases Certificates and PINs/AINs of Graduates from 2015-2024
