CAGD ALERT: Upload Your Passport Photo Before the Payroll System Closes
Management wishes to inform all workers that any staff whose passport photograph is NOT appearing on the newly generated payslips must urgently update their profile information on the system before the portal is closed.
This exercise is very important and every affected staff member is encouraged to complete the process immediately to avoid future inconveniences with salary records, identification, and official documentation.
The new payroll update system now requires all staff members to have a valid passport photograph attached to their profiles for proper verification and authentication purposes.
If your passport picture is missing on your payslip, kindly follow the steps below carefully:
HOW TO UPLOAD YOUR PASSPORT PHOTO

1️⃣ Visit the Official Platform
🌐 https://gogepayservices.com
2️⃣ Log Into Your Account
Use your:
• Staff ID
• Password
3️⃣ Open Your Profile Section
After logging in successfully, locate the circle icon at the top right corner of the page showing your initials or profile symbol
4️⃣ Click “View Profile”
This will open your personal information dashboard.
5️⃣ Upload Your Passport Photograph
You can either:
📌 Upload a passport picture directly from your phone/gallery
OR
📌 Take a clear selfie using your device camera
⚠️ Please ensure:
• Your face is clearly visible
• The image is bright and professional
• Avoid blurry or dark pictures
6️⃣ Save Changes
After uploading successfully, click on “Save Changes” to complete the process.
IMPORTANT NOTE

After saving, kindly confirm that your passport photograph appears correctly on your profile page before exiting the system.
Failure to complete this update before the portal closes may affect future payroll processing and profile verification.
All affected staff members are therefore advised to act quickly and complete the update as soon as possible.
