Campus Armed Robber Has Been Jailed For 30 Years

The defendant, Kwadwo OPOKU, is 20 years old and currently unemployed. He was found guilty of robbery and sentenced to 30 years in jail with hard labour.

The court prosecutor, ASP Newlove Adjei, testified before the court presided over by H/H Fred Obed kyere that on 23/02/2023 at 12:00am, a level one hundred student of AAMUSTED left home to continue to lectures, and while reaching sofoline interchange, the student met Kwadwo Opoku coming from the opposite direction. On Tuesday, the Public Relations Officer of GPRTU, Abass Moro, indicated on the Ghana Kasa show that aired on Kasapa 102.5FM and Agoo TV that the recent tiny percentage reduction in the cost of petrol does not attract a decline in transport rates for the time being because prices of vehicle replacement parts are continuing to increase.
