MoH Opens Admission Portal for Health Training Institution 2026/2027

The Ministry of Health wishes to inform the general public that the online admissions portal for the 2026/2027 academic year will officially open from Monday 18th May, 2026 to Monday 8th June, 2026.

Applications are invited from qualified candidates for entry into any of the Public Health Training Institutions in Ghana

Applicants must note:

I. All purchased vouchers are valid up to 8th June, 2026 if not used.

II. No postage envelopes are required as all correspondence will be via SMS or E-mail.

1. Purchase application codes on the official MoH admission portal at a cost of one Hundred and fifty Ghana Cedis (GH150.00). Navigate to buyClick Here

2. Click on make payment & Register

3.⁠ ⁠Read the instructions in RED LABEL and complete the form

4.⁠ ⁠Click on Pay GHS150

5.⁠ ⁠Select the payment method and input required details, Click Pay Now. Payments can be made via mobile money, Visa/MasterCard, and other integrated digital payment options.

6.⁠ ⁠PIN & Serial number is sent to the registered email address & phone number. Have a dedicated phone number and a personal valid e-mail address for all correspondence. [Please NOTE: Do not use email address of relations]

4. Have your residential and Ghana Post Digital Address

6. Note that the online registration form is accessible only by the PIN and Serial Number.

7. Follow the instructions carefully and fill the relevant stages of the admission process once the online application is opened.

8. Use the PIN and Serial Number to track the status of the admission process.

General Admission Requirements for the Nursing Training College for the 2025/2026 Academic Year

Holders of the WASSCE: Credit Passes (A1-C6) in a total of six (6) subjects, including three (3) Core subjects (English Language, Core Mathematics, and Integrated Science) and three (3) Elective topics applicable to the course of study.

How to Apply for Admission to Nursing Training College for the 2025/2026 Academic Year

1. Obtain a voucher in the amount of GH¢150.

2. Click on apply to go the website Apply Here

3. To apply, click the “apply” link at the top of this page.

5. Provide your information by filling out the form.
