MoH Opens Online Admission Portal for Nursing Training College 2025/2026

The Ministry of Health wishes to inform the general public that the online admissions portal for the 2025/2026 academic year will officially open from Tuesday 22nd April, 2025 to Thursday 19th June, 2025.

Applications are invited from qualified candidates for entry into any of the Public Health Training Institutions in Ghana

Applicants must note:

I. All purchased vouchers are valid up to 19th June, 2025 if not used.

II. No postage envelopes are required as all correspondence will be via SMS or E-mail.

1. Purchase application codes from any Agricultural Development Bank (ADB) or GCB Bank PLC. (GCB) branches at a cost of one Hundred and fifty Ghana Cedis (GH150.00)

2. Upon payment, applicants will receive a voucher giving them a unique PIN and Serial Number.

3. Have a dedicated phone number and a personal valid e-mail address for all correspondence. [Please NOTE: Do not use email address of relations]

4. Have your residential and Ghana Post Digital Address

5. Use the PIN code and Serial Number to access the application form online at Apply Here

6. Note that the online registration form is accessible only by the PIN and Serial Number.

7. Follow the instructions carefully and fill the relevant stages of the admission process once the online application is opened.

8. Use the PIN and Serial Number to track the status of the admission process.

6. Note that only Applicants who meet admission requirements will be invited to attend a competitive interview at the school of choice.

General Admission Requirements for the Nursing Training College for the 2025/2026 Academic Year

Holders of the WASSCE: Credit Passes (A1-C6) in a total of six (6) subjects, including three (3) Core subjects (English Language, Core Mathematics, and Integrated Science) and three (3) Elective topics applicable to the course of study.

SSCE Holders: Passes (A-D) in a total of six (6) subjects, including three (3) core topics (English Language, Integrated Science, and Core Mathematics) and three (3) elective subjects relevant to the course of study. MoH Opens Online Admission Portal for Nursing Training College 2025/2026

How to Apply for Admission to Nursing Training College for the 2025/2026 Academic Year

1. Obtain a voucher in the amount of GH¢150.

2. Click on apply to go the website Apply Here

3. To apply, click the “apply” link at the top of this page.

4. Enter the serial number and the pin that can be found on the voucher Enter Serial And Pin

5. Provide your information by filling out the form.

7. Send in your application and print out the summary.

8. On a regular basis, verify the state of your application using pin and serial using the apply button below.
