The Nursing and Midwifery Council extends its warmest regards to you and wishes to tell you that registration of candidates for the aforementioned NMC Online Licensing Examinations which will commences this year. Online Registration of All NMC 2025 Candidates

ALL DEANS, HEADS OF DEPARTMENT AND PRINCIPALS OFFERING NURSING & MIDWIFERY PROGRAMMES

Dear Sir/Madam,

ENTRY AND SCHEDULE FOR AUXILIARY & BASIC ONLINE (MCQS & PRACTICAL) LICENSING EXAMINATIONS

The Nursing and Midwifery Council presents its compliments to you and wish to inform you that registration of candidates for the above Online Licensing Examinations would be opened.

1. Heads of Nursing and Midwifery Training Institutions are encouraged to complete the three (3) Excel Templates and a Certificate of Training in “Word Document” where applicable and submit same in whole or non to publication@nmc.gov.gh and copy deputy@nmc.gov.gh and mis@nmc.gov.gh before the deadline.

2. Entry data should be arranged in ascending order according to candidates index numbers.

3. The Preferred Centre for both Practical and MCQS should be indicated on the column provided on the attached Excel sheet as well as the contact details of programme coordinator/Academic officer.

4. Heads of Nursing and Midwifery Training Institutions are respectfully requested to pay the total amount of Examination Entry Fees of their candidates at either ADB or GCB Bank depending on the location of their schools as described in the example below:

NMTC, Berekum Examination Entry Fees in respect of Xilef Hassi and 50 others.

a. A customized N&MC receipt will be issued to you from the bank.

b. Please scan and forward the customized N&MC receipt as evidence of payment to the Council via the following email addresses finance@nmc.gov.gh and copy publication@nmc.gov.gh

c. Upon receipt of the customized N&MC receipt as evidence of payment, the Council will issue a scanned General Counterfoil Receipt (GCB) to you via your email address within 72 hours.

d. The original GCR can be picked from the Finance Department at the Council’s Head Office later.

5. Documents submitted later than the stipulated date will attract the corresponding penalty charges.

6. All candidates are required to pay in addition to the Examination Fees, an amount of GHC 10.00 for online checking of examination results.
