14. UPPER WEST REGION

15. OTI REGION
Oti Region is a newly created region noted for farming, fishing, and peaceful rural communities. All districts are considered as deprived:
1. Krachi East (Dambai)
2. Nkwanta South
3. Nkwanta North
4. Krachi West
5. Krachi Nchumuru
6. Biakoye
7. Jasikan
8. Kadjehi

16. WESTERN NORTH REGION
All districts (except Bibiani Anhwiaso Bekwai and Sefwi Wiaso)
Priorities given to below districts:
