The National Teaching Council (NTC) is set to release the results of the 2024 Ghana Teacher Licensure Examination (GTLE) 2&3 on Monday 10th June 2024.

STATISTICS ON 2024 GTLE 2 (REFORM)
Number of Candidates: 20181
Total Pass: 10625 (52.6%)
Total Fail: 9556 (47.4%)
Pass None: 892 (4.4%)
Pass 1: 2641(13.1)
Pass 2: 6023 (29.8%)

Table 1 shows that those trained for Primary and Junior High School performed better than the other level

Table 2: Performance with respect to Elective Subjects (50% or more candidates passed)

The performances of candidates in the above subjects were poor. Ten out of Sixty-Three subjects recorded pass rates of less than 50%. Applied Electricity, Electronics and Physics recorded zero percent pass rate.

STATISTICS ON 2024 GTLE 3 (TRADITIONAL SUBJECTS)
The 2024 GTLE 3 has two categories of candidates. These are fresh and re-sit candidates. How To Check Your NTC Licensure Examination Results

Number of Fresh Candidates: 4724

Total Pass: 2130 (45.1%)

Total Fail: 2594 (54.9%)

Pass None 690 (14.6%)

Pass 1: 831 (17.6%)

Pass 2: 1073 (22.7%)

 

Number of Re-sit Candidates: 6756

Resat 1: 4128 (61.1%)            Pass None: 2537 (37.6%)

Resat 2: 1764 (26.1%)            Pass 1: 3272 (48.4%)

Resat 3: 864 (12.1%)              Pass 2: 817 (12.1%)

Pass 3: 130 (1.9%)

Overall Pass: 3081 (45.6%)

How to Check Your Results on the NTC Licensure Examination
1. Start by going to the NTC Online Portal, which may be found at Check Result
2. Enter your Personal Identification Number (PIN) and the Serial Number that you used when you registered for the test into the appropriate fields on the login screen.
3. After that, you’ll need to click the “Submit” button in order to obtain the results of your NTC exam.
4. Applicants who do not have access to your serial number and pin can select “forgotten details” from the drop-down menu.

CHECKING OF RESULTS
All candidates can check their results from the NTC online portal at exams.ntc.gov.gh by using either their pins given during registration, or their examination index numbers and phone numbers.

Candidates are advised to print their provisional certificates after checking the results.
